I specialize in the custom coordination of vendors including hotels, restaurants, adventure outfitters, chefs, private jets and pilots, helicopters, ground transport, weather, teams of assistants and drivers, other guides, field experts, etc.
Customization includes an assessment and utilization of the skills, experience, abilities, and interests of client and their guests. Why did this client book? What are their goals for the trip? What kind of experience do they wish to walk away with?
Duration of trips: 3-20 days
Clientele: Adult trips, family, corporate
New Itineraries: I also specialize in assessing a new location, putting a trip together in a new location, and executing in a new location. Depending on the needs, this can take me anywhere from 3-6 days.

Around 2019 I began only working "custom trips" that came in the door. When Austin Adventures sold to its current owner, "custom travel" was cut from the vision and I have been looking for contracts on my own in private travel ever since.
